Subsidised Pool Entry for Coaches and Managers
Please follow the link above to access the subsidised pool entry for coaches and managers form for the water polo season. Please note that this form grants access to the pool for team training and games only, and is not for the utilisation of the facilities (ie, swimming, playing). This form is to be completed and returned to Greg Williams to sign, and then returned to the front counter at the pool. Here you will have your photo taken and details recorded. To enter, approach the counter, state your name and 'manager' or 'coach', and they will look you up and allow you to enter without paying.
