Xmas Party at the Spiritual home of Water polo

 

On Sunday 21st December the Sharks held their Xmas Party at the Spiritual home of Water polo, The Glorious Gunnamatta Bay.

For the young (and not so young, Pookie) there was face painting, clowns and magic tricks. For the older ones there was the “Pookie Bear Christmas Plate” which was contested between teams of mixed ages and gender accompanied by professional commentary thanks to Chris Batty.

Many kids from the Academy got to play against, or with, Olympic medallist, Alicia McCormack and other National League stars. Later in the afternoon Santa made an appearance with a couple of familiar helpers.
